The Two Counties Trust has a range of exciting opportunities for exceptional leaders and practitioners within our schools to lead, drive and develop the educational provision across our Multi Academy Trust in Mathematics, English and Science. Successful candidates will play a major role in ensuring the students in our family of schools receive stimulating, high quality teaching and achieve excellent outcomes.
Working at both a strategic and operational level, the successful candidates will be line managed by the Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with Headteachers and Subject Leaders across the Trust, playing a crucial role in developing the direction, capacity and resources of your subject to ensure the provision in our schools becomes and remain highly effective.
The role of Director of Subject represents an exceptional opportunity for a proven specialist who wants to extend their experience and develop the leadership skills essential for a successful career within a MAT led education system of the future.
If you are an outstanding teacher and have demonstrable experience as a successful Head of Department, AST, SLE or equivalent, this post provides a unique opportunity to maintain close links with classroom practice whilst further developing your leadership skills within a supportive environment.
Grade: Leadership Scale Point 20
Working pattern: 0.4 FTE
You will be based at your school for 3 days a week and will work for the Trust on 2 days a week.
