Our team are here to help provide impartial advice and guidance to all students across the Two Counties Trust in accordance with the statutory responsibility for schools. Our team currently work across 9 schools within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas. We aim to provide an exceptional service to help students gain a positive understanding about future career pathways and employability, with one-to-one advice and guidance interviews, curriculum PHSE lessons as well as group sessions for years 7-13. Charlotte King, RCDP
I have worked for the TTCT for 4 years providing support to young learners from Years 7 to Post 16
During one to one support I help learners to understand the potential they have and how to use a variety of skills to help plan for the future. Supporting and delivering lessons to all year groups as part of the PSHE programme.
Managing the Careers Cloud Team who deliver an exceptional service to all the schools within our Trust.
Based full time at Ashfield School.
Jemma Barrett, RCDP
I am based at Selston High, Springwell Community College and Heritage High school providing one to one support for students. Delivering assemblies and Careers lessons to all year groups. I enjoy working one to one with the students and being able to help them prepare for their next steps. Ensuring we support every learner to achieve a positive destination. Clare Hogdson, RCDP
I have been supporting young people in a range of roles for the last twenty years, I recently achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Development to become a qualified Careers Adviser. I work at Wilsthorpe and Friesland Schools providing one to one interviews, organising career events in schools and teaching in relation to careers.
Nicola Stevens, RCDP
I have worked in a variety of sectors including; Education, Recruitment, Human Resources, and Training. As a Careers Advisor I provide impartial information, advice and guidance to support students to transition successfully toward a future career path. During one to one guidance interviews I help students develop their understanding of themselves, their strengths, interests and values. I work with students to help them to develop their knowledge of different career opportunities, the world of work and support them to make informed decisions about their subject choices and pathways.
